Mission Statement:

The Women of Global Change Arizona Chapter is dedicated to creating meaningful partnerships that serve our communities with compassion and purpose. Our mission is to uplift children in foster care, support survivors of domestic violence, and respond to the needs of our neighbors with love, respect, and action. We believe in meeting people where they are, standing with those in need, and building a stronger, more connected Arizona; one act of service at a time.

Chapter President: Sapna Sheth-Pollard Contact : phoenix@thewomenofglobalchange.com Sapna Sheth-Pollard is a dynamic consultant with over 23 years of experience improving how people, processes, and programs work together. With a B.S. in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. from Strayer University, she has led initiatives spanning software implementation, operational transformation, and organizational development—all grounded in a people-first approach.
At Vivid Co., Sapna brings her signature mix of strategic insight, empathy, and energy to drive meaningful change across a diverse client base. Recently relocated from the Pacific Northwest to sunny Arizona, she’s enthusiastically connecting with her new community and exploring how best to support the needs around her.

Service is at the heart of everything Sapna does. From launching a Shaken Baby Syndrome prevention program in college to advocating for foster youth as a CASA, supporting domestic violence as a response team member, and most recently serving as Vice President of the Seattle Chapter of WGC. She is passionate about making a difference wherever she can. When she’s not leading change or giving back, you’ll find Sapna at a Body Works or Zumba class, out biking or hiking, or spending time with her husband, two beloved pups, baby Sofie, her spirited Lab, and Scruffy, her sweet Havanese. She thrives on connection, finds joy in movement, and is most fulfilled when surrounded by family and purpose.
