Refund Policy

Tuition Refund Policy
The buyer may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction. The buyer must submit in writing their request for notice of cancellation within 72 hours. Within 14 days any monies received will be reimbursed. Arbitration Clause
If dispute arises out of or relates to this contract, or breach thereof, and if said so dispute cannot be settled through direct discussion, the parties agree at first endeavor to settle the dispute in an amicable manner by mediation administrated by the American Arbitration Association under its Mediation Rules before resorting to arbitration. Thereafter any unsolved controversy or claim arising out of said contract, or breach thereof shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration rules and judgment upon the reward rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Shipping Policy

Most order are shipped via USPS within 3-10 business days of your order. Please allow 3- 10 business days for delivery. We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time.

To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holidays, please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely delivery.

Required Signature
Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature, however, in the event that one is required and no one is available to sign, a note will be left noting the attempted delivery. After three attempts to deliver, the package will be returned to Women of Global Change.

Email Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive and email informing you of your package being shipped. If you desire a tracking number, please call (949)273-8788 between the times of 9:00a.m. – 5:00p.m. PST, Monday through Friday. Women of Global Change reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Please check back from time to time to note any changes.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss or damage to products during shipping, both to and from Women of Global Change.

Damaged Items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
