🌍 Women of Global Change Youth Initiative

“Empowering the Next Generation of Global Leaders”

💫 A Life-Changing Journey Begins Here

The Women of Global Change Youth Initiative is more than a program—it is a transformative experience that awakens leadership, amplifies purpose, and connects teens with the global impact of service.

Held in tandem with the 2026 WGC National Summit, this initiative invites teens to join leaders from around the world in a powerful journey of discovery, entrepreneurship, and real-world humanitarian work.

💌 A Message from Cheyenne Hunt

Executive Director, WGC Youth Initiative

“This experience is designed to challenge our teens, inspire their best selves, and unlock their dreams. They’ll walk away changed—more confident, connected, and committed to leading their communities and their world.”

Dear WGC Members and Summit Alumni,

I am honored to share more about the Women of Global Change Youth Initiative—a program unlike any other. This experience challenges teens to explore who they are and who they want to become in the world.

If your teen is entrepreneurial, this program will fuel their fire. If not, they’ll still leave with powerful insights and the confidence to dream big. We work with their passions, and we show them how to turn those dreams into action—for themselves and for others.

This is leadership redefined. Our program is built on three levels:

  • Leadership of Self – Cultivating self-esteem, identity, and confidence.
  • Leadership of Peers – Building strong relationships, healthy communication, and teamwork.
  • Leadership of the World – Connecting dreams to purpose, and turning purpose into service.

They’ll also have opportunities to meet iconic leaders, whose messages are customized to empower our next generation.

And yes, your teen will serve. In every WGC Summit, there is a hands-on humanitarian project, and our youth will take part in bringing relief, empathy, and impact to underserved communities. Nothing transforms a first-world teen more than face-to-face service in places of real need.

I invite you to be part of this. Bring your teen. Let them see what’s possible. Let them experience the gift of becoming a global changemaker.

With love and leadership,
Cheyenne Hunt
